Subprocessors

Last updated: 5/18/2026. This page lists the main subprocessors and recipient categories currently used to operate Crew Orbit. It may be updated as our infrastructure and integrations evolve.

1. Infrastructure and service providers

Provider Purpose Notes
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Hosting, storage, authentication support services, queues, compute, and operational logging. Primary infrastructure region: EU (Frankfurt), `eu-central-1`.
Stripe Subscription billing, payment processing, invoicing, and fraud prevention. Used for paid team organizations where billing is enabled.

2. AI and developer-tool providers

Customer-configured workspaces may route prompts, code context, and related task materials to AI or developer-tool providers selected in that workspace. Current supported provider categories include:

  • Anthropic / Claude-family providers
  • OpenAI / Codex-family providers
  • Cursor
  • GitHub Copilot

These providers process data under their own infrastructure and terms. The specific provider used depends on the credentials and settings configured by the customer in the relevant workspace.

3. Git and repository providers

When you connect repositories, repository metadata and code context may also be exchanged with the Git host you select, such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket, in order to clone, inspect, branch, commit, or push changes as part of the service.

4. Updates and contact

If you need the current list for procurement or compliance review, contact info@crew-orbit.com. We may update this page as providers or processing activities change.

This page is an operational transparency list and is not, by itself, a standalone contract.
